Your submit button will need to add these values before the submit takes place, and then remove them again if the submit fails for any reason.

If you are using a rule on the button to perform the submit, you will probably need to change it to code in order to accomplish what you want.

If you really do want to add these values AFTER the submit, then you'll need to submit and email, then add the values, then submit again -- much more work.

When Manager approves(by pressing a submit button), requester recieves a confirmation by email with the attached form. I want to add a new line in that form after it is approved mentioning when it is approved and declined so the requester can see who approved and when approved.

What is the process of approval? Clicking a button? Checking a box? Usually you can set an "ApprovedDate" field with the current timestamp with a rule or an on change event.

As for who, you should be able to at least get the login alias of the person using the form--do a search in these forums for "Environment.UserName".

Hi,

I created one form which works quite good. It is an approval form, once it is approved, Requester recieves an email with the form attached. After the approval, I want to see on the form "who approved" and "when approved", it is possible to add this functionality.
