I have put my header right above the repeating section in its own section so I can hide it or enable it myself. This way you can make everything completely disappear. Also while testing or troubleshooting conditional formatting I will have set conditions to change colors instead of hide. This allows you to see the conditions working, especially when you have multiple conditions.

Clay

Re: Hidden Tables

That's great fellas saved me loads of time there. I have tried both options and this will definately give me the facility to do what I want.

Clay, With the conditional formatting I am using a repeating section and when the condition is false I am still left with part of section and then when the condition is true it reveals the rest?

Re: Hidden Tables

Also you can use conditional formating on sections or table rows. So you create a section for each type or you have a repeating section which contains all of the items. In properties go to the display tab and conditional format. Add a condition where your check box selection does not equal the item in your table and select Hide. This way the information in your table will not display unless the corresponding value is selected in your check box.

Let me know if you need more than this.

Clay

Re: Hidden Tables

I would think that optional section would be the way to go. Then upon selecting the system I would like it to reveal a table. Therefore, for any systems not selected their would be no further information on the form about this system.

Is this possible? if so how do I go about it?

Many thanks in advance
Lee.
