But there is a work around for this.

I have posted a step-by-step approach along with the source code to make multiple selection list box a possibility with browser enabled InfoPath forms.

Read my full post at: http://www.sharepointfix.com/2010/03/creating-multi-select-list-box-in.html

The example here is for InfoPath 2007, but should work well with InfoPath 2003 as well, since it is a programming approach.

This might be a source of trouble.

Re: Multi-Select List Box

Hi Greg,

Thanks for your response, as a matter of fact I tried the solution that you have suggested and it works perfectly fine. But my issue to set the default values in the form. As in the solutions we have to set the default values manually which makes the list static. I want to set these default values from the SharePoint list.

I would appreciate if anyone can provide me the direction for solving this.

Thanks,

Afzal

Re: Multi-Select List Box

Try this:<br /http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2004/04/01/106039.aspx

Multi-Select List Box

Is it possible to create a multi-select list box from a SharePoint list.
