That means every one who would like to fill out the template would require to install new certificate on my name. And I dont really want to do that since it requires people in the whole company to do that :(

Re: This form library was either renamed, or deleted

Hi Christianlebe,
Steps to set permissions in the site
1.Open the SharePoint site and click on site settings
2.Under Administration, click on Manage Users
3.Click on Add users tab in the header
4.Enter the User name under Users and set required permissions under Site groups
5.Click on Next
6.Enter the Email address to confirm the users and click on finish
7.Now the required permissions are set to the user

Contributor and Administrator gets the permission to edit the template

Hope this helps you!
Re: This form library was either renamed, or deleted

Hi Shilpa,

Thanks for your help.
I've tried browsing Site Settings to find the permission to modify template, but couldnt find any hint. Whenever we are getting this issue we are trying to publish with new library name. If you want the same library name then we need to delete the existing library name and create new library with the same name. For this we are lost all existing forms in that library and you have to take a back up of those forms and re link those forms after you published new template.

This form library was either renamed, or deleted

Hi all,

I'm a new born in infoPath. My company has just assigned me to work on infoPath. Basically, we have the system set up with MS SharedList (or SharedPoint?). Everything works now, except, I can not edit/publish the form.

When trying to publish a template:
InfoPath cannot save the following form : <sharedpoint address>
This form library was either renamed, or deleted, or network problems are preventing the file from being saved. If this problem persists, please contact your network administrator.

When trying to open a template:
The selected form cannot be opened correctly because it was signed with a certificate that is not available on this machine. To remove the certificate and open the form, click OK.
Note that removing the certificate might require users to delete and reinstall the form on their computer. In addition, forms requiring full trust will not open correctly unless they are signed with a trusted signature.

The form template is signed using Full trust. And I think the problem is caused because I dont have the digital cert. How would I be able to add my digital cert into the system? Do I need to do it through shared point?

Any pointer to this is very much appreciated. Thanks.
