To get around this you place the hyperlink inside a section, and then add the conditional formatting to the section.

Re: convert field to URL

Greg,

I have been trying to determine how to use taht approach. Conditional formating is greyed out as it is not really a data source? unless there is a trick and to add it or do I need to figure out how to do this with scripting?

Re: convert field to URL

Add conditional formatting on the hyperlink control so that it hides if type != internal. I have added a hyperlink using concat() to get the correct hyperlink, but need to make it conditional, only if Internal ticket type is selected.
