All these forms are Web enabled. After I publish these to an Office Forms Server and activate them to a Site Collection, I can edit them if I access them directly from the Site Collection. However, if I follow the instruction in "Hosting the InfoPath 2007 Form Editing Environment in a Custom Web Form" (from MSDN), I get the following error when accessing my URL http://localhost:1407/80/CustomPage/MyCustomPage.aspx):

Server Error in '/80' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Input string was not in a correct format.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request.
