The user will select a department from a drop down box on a InfoPath Form, and automaticly in the totals repeating table on the form it will select the monthlyExpenses and monthlyBudgeted and total them up for the year. Everytime the user selects a different department, the totals will be addded for the year for that department. The department drop down box will all so be connected to a submit data connection. If it is a easier way using rules let me know. Thanks.

Please help
