As part of that I've created a field where one worker at the time is chosen by use of a drop down list box, which displays Employee Name and has the value Employee ID. The datasource of this drop down list box is my employee table, which includes both Employee Name, Employee ID and also a TrueFalse field, which is checked when an employee leaves our company.

I would like to filter my drop down list box, so as to only display employees that are still with us, by use of the TrueFalse field.

As deleting former employees is out of the question, I see no other solution than the use of my suggested filter.

I believe that I've seen a question like this before, and like me, he used an Access DB, but now I can't find it.
