If it is the Main DOM that you are referring to then you will want to extract the form files to a new folder, open the "myschema.xsd" file in a text editor, find the line that references this particular element, and make the appropriate edits. If you are not familiar with XML schema files you probably wnat to Google around for some more general information to help you find your way around the file.

Another way to do this would be to use conditional formatting or data validation that counts the number of rows that have been inserted and either disallows adding new rows or displays an error message upon inserting another row and then deletes the last row added.

Re: stop repeating in table, max rows.

Hello K.Ramana Reddy

I think this is indeed what i am looking for.
But being a n00b i have the next question.

Should i enter this line in my xml sheet or in an scripteditor?
If in the xml sheet, is it then possible to point to a group instead of a fieldname?
Because I would like the whole table to stop making new rows after 10.

Tnx in advance
Kind Regards
Henny

Re: stop repeating in table, max rows.

Hi,
yes, you can limit the number of rows of repeating table in schema by setting minouurs amd maxoccurs.

Minoccurs means minimum number of rows to show by default,
Maxoccurs means maximum number of rows we can add to the table.
Example:
<xs:element name="field1" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="10">

I hope this will work for you,
Thanks.
stop repeating in table, max rows.

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know how I can stop a repeating table so that it will not go on tot the next page.
Is there a way I can put in a maximum number of rows?

Hope you can help me out?
Regards
Henny

PS.
