Then you can have conditional formulas to handle either scenario.

Let's say you have an Email1 dropdown and an Email2 dropdown.

Email1 has a rule that if Email2 is blank it sets SendTo to Email1. It also has a rule that if Email2 is not blank then concatenate the 2 with a ";" in the middle in SendTo

If they pick Email2 it has the corresponding logic.

Then you have handled the either or scenario.

Re: more than 1 field in "TO" section of email submit

what if only sometimes I have that second person to send it to? It won't send it if both fields are not populated.

Re: more than 1 field in "TO" section of email submit

You're welcome. :) Glad I could help out.

Re: more than 1 field in "TO" section of email submit

Great! To do this you need to use the concatenation function. Your formula will look like:
concat(field5, ";", field6)

more than 1 field in "TO" section of email submit

I have a form that uses a data connection to submit via email. In the form i have 2 fields that the users chooses and the value is their email address and their managers email address. ON the submit to email I want to have both fields applied to the "TO" section of the form. Right now i have salesman's email in the "To" section which is field 5 and the managers email in the "Cc" section. i also have a manually entered email address in the "Bcc" section of the submit connection. Now let's say they want me to send this email to another distribution group, now i am out of sections. What i need to know is there a way to have field 5 & field 6 in the "TO" section of the submit connection? I have tried commas and semi colons to seperate the 2 fields but still get an error.
