What's the difference between sending to one person and sending to several? Do they need to stay synchronized and then merge into one form when you recieve them? Could you describe this "default state" in a little more detail?

Reset DDLB and Repeating Table

my form currently has a drop down list box inside of a repeating table. i use this set up so that i can select multiple individuals to email the form to. when I send a form, the occasionally long table that lists all the individuals receiving the form is of course saved and displayed when opened by the recipient. this form however will have to be sent numerous times between numerous people. as such, i need to know if there is any way to make it so that this table returns to its default state, of one row and with no selection having been made from the drop down list box, everytime the form is opened?

thanks
