If you want to dump your data into a SQL DB you could use our Database Accelerator product:http://qdabra.com/proddetail.asp?prod=QDBXL1

Other than that it might be that you need to create another form, but I do not fully understand your situation.

using an existing form

I have created a form and am now trying to dump it into Access. I now see that this was fine print in the directions. The form's function is to allow outside users to dump information into Access (not to be able to change or update it unless you are within the company).

Is there any way I won't have to create a new form? I read through most of the postings and found this....
"Agreed, dumping the entire secondary datasource's xml into a single element within your main datasource would not be best. I think you are on the right path but just need to tweek it. In your main data source add a repeating group(s) that match the schema of your secondary datasource. Then as items are checked in your secondary datasource repeating group, move the data into your main datasource."
Does this apply to me? If so...how do I do it?

If I have to create a new form....not all of the items on the form are going to be dumped into Access. The rest need to be there but they will only be stored in Sharepoint. How can I create a non-bound field? I even tried creating a blank database to bind the fields to but you can't access them as a user.

You have very useful information on this site. Keep it up!
