Send it via email or just as a link on a webpge or shortcut on a shared folder.

if you do this then you may want to create a submit data connection button to submit the file to the sharepoint library, that way the users dont have to find it to save it to the right place.

Re: Links

Hi,
You can set a filter on the view not to show forms in the UI.

For this follow the steps
1. Click on "Modify settings and columns"
2. At the bottom click on the view, in which you dont want to show the forms.
3. In Filter area select "Show items only when the following is true:"
4. In "Show the items when column" select ID and "-1" as the value.
5. Now click on "Ok" to save changes.

Now you will not see data in the view.

Links

I have a form published on sharepoint as a list. Users can fill the form by clicking on the "fill out this form".

the problem i have is that when users go to the site, they can see all previously filled forms.

Is there an easy way to hide/mask these forms. Or to send them a link which just opens the form, eg.. something likehttp://sharpointsite/form/fill_out_this_form.....so the infopath form is opened instead of the sharepoint site.

If not, can we restrict the view of the list on sharepoint?

Many Thanks
