You could click on it and see. My guess is that when the "...VendorsUpdated" data connection executes, it sets the Supplier to the SupplierName returned from that data connection, and that, for some reason is blank. It seems like a bit of a design flaw, if that's the case, because if you are letting a user enter data in a field, generally you wouldn't later on overwrite that data. Like - when you tab out of the field, the data you entered disappeared? A.) Tabbing into another field the data stays/saves after the "save" button is clicked, 2.) When you save and reopen the form the data is no longer there? A.) Correct. After I enter in something into the problem field, I click save and it disappears. 3.) What you expect to happen and what is happening instead. A.) I expect the data entered into the problem field to remain after the I click the save button, but it disappears.
