I followed the solutions, but without any luck. These forums were

On my machine everything works great with my Infopath form that is connected to a SQL database. When I share the form, or if if another user accesses the form, they are prompted with a SQL Server login diolog box. You can choose the database from the dropdown list, which isn't a problem and it will let you write to the database. The problem is the login box prompts after each form submission and the speed if very slow. I do not get the dialog box from my machine.

Any ideas would be greatly helpful.

Thanks.

Re: Problem with Infopath database

Thanks a lot!!!!!!That helps.

Re: Problem with Infopath database

Hi schikkam and welcome to InfoPathDev!

It appears that there may be an issue with the credentials for the users who are trying to use that form.

Here are some posts that might be helpful and get you started in the right direction:

<a href='http://infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1946#5851' target='_blank' title='http://infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1946#5851'http://infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1946#5851

<a href='http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.infopath/browse_thread/thread/633d3eb97b8058ab/810a387ec78e41fc?q=sql+login&rnum=1#810a387ec78e41fc' target='_blank' title='http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.infopath/browse_thread/thread/633d3eb97b8058ab/810a387ec78e41fc?q=sql+login&rnum=1#810a387ec78e41fc'http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.infopath/browse_thread/thread/633d3eb97b8058ab/810a387ec78e41fc?q=sql+login&rnum=1#810a387ec78e41fc

And this one has information on how you can make sure that your login credentials are saved:

<a href='http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.infopath/browse_thread/thread/9b9c5be47155069d/ba35ded54805935b?q=sql+login&rnum=8#ba35ded54805935b' target='_blank' title='http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.infopath/browse_thread/thread/9b9c5be47155069d/ba35ded54805935b?q=sql+login&rnum=8#ba35ded54805935b'http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.infopath/browse_thread/thread/9b9c5be47155069d/ba35ded54805935b?q=sql+login&rnum=8#ba35ded54805935b

Hope that helps!

Ted
Problem with Infopath database

Hi, I am new to InfoPath and also tot his forum.
I have created a form in InfoPath which uses the database in SQL Server.
