Then set the ticketing system ID field to a concat with the text you want and max(ID) from the queried data. I, personally, don't like this approach - there is a non-zero chance that you'll have two with the same number. Since this is a list form - you might try (don't know if this will work) submitting the data twice. In your submit rules, submit the data, and I think at that point your main data source ID field will have a value - then you could set your ticketing system ID and re-submit? I was thinking a simple text + ID column. The field can be hidden, the users do not need to see it. This will be for reporting only when they export to excel. I know the ID only generates after submission so how can I still get the text + ID and what is the concat formula for it? Thank you.
