Save locally, right click the saved file and select design. Then you can preview to see how it works. I included a few screenshots and a little info about the things I've done that may not be directly obvious. :)

Score on Form based on Radio button Selection

I am new to InfoPath. I need to create a form using infoPath 2013 form library. On form, I have four sections. All these sections have questions. Each question has Yes, No, N/A radio buttons. User needs to select one out of three options. For 'Yes', there will be 1 Point and For 'No' or N/A' there will be 0 points. I need to calculate Standard and Total Score on form based on Yes and No values in radio button.
Standard score = (Total number of points - no. of 'No' points)/Total number of points

Total score will also be calculated as Standard score but for all sections.

Could someone help me with this? How should I design Infopath form for above functionality?

I would really appreciate any pointers for this.
