I've read through some of older posts with similar inquiries so I apologize for posting a similar question. My project has a SharePoint site where users can input information and "Submit and Close" the form. I'd like to add a checkbox on the form so that selecting the checkbox will prompt a new email message where users can attach a PDF to this email. I have tried few different solutions I came across on this forum, including Submit Data and Sending an Email Message in Data Connection option. Since I do not want the active view to be included in the email, this didn't seem the right solution for my purpose. If any of you has a solution for triggering a selected checkbox to generate an email so that users can send an email to me with their PDF as an attachment, I'd greatly appreciate it.
