This most recent form you attached is InfoPath 2010 compatible. Once you choose Business Unit, the other fields should auto populate. I know that the form I sent you has drop downs for the auto populate fields, however, I have tried text fields as well. I literally tried every possible combination. I get the "Binding" error when trying to bind to the SharePoint list to the form field I get the "Filter" error when trying to add filters. Our developer even showed me how to filer by the ID tag, but then I get I also tried a brand new "Blank Form" with just 1 dropdown and 1 text field to see what the results are, and I still get the same error messages.
