I need a form base request to go for approval and submit through email and collect in the access database. This for should be adhoc and not trigger from access database.

Regards

Wei Kit

Re: Email, Approval and Ms Access

So - you have submit rules in place to submit the form data to Access & to email?

Re: Email, Approval and Ms Access

Hi,

I have been trying to copy out the form but the email submitted to the outlook did not flow into the access data collection automatically and it did not update the access database.

Email, Approval and Ms Access

Hi,

I am new. I have tried to create the above scenario using infopath 2010 but it's not really working.
I require to let the user submit form as and when. I have created a submit option for email but the email receive will not update to the access database. I have tried using collect data method and it works only for email send to a particular recipient and once. If iI copy out the form, it stop working.

Can any expert share a simple tutorial to create this.?

Regards
