If so, try using the now() function instead of today. I need help with InfoPath please. It&#39;s about a Date Picker and the date format.<br /><br /> I have a field in a SharePoint list that&#39;s called Meeting Date. When the user creates a new item, it has to default to &quot;Today&quot; (just a date without a time fraction) and let the user change to a different date if they wish to. <br /><br /> In the InfoPath form, I have a date picker with a formula set to today(). I&#39;ve chosen the format to be mm/dd/yyyy. But when I open the form in SP, the date comes up as yyyy-mm-dd outlined in red. Unless the user changes to the proper format, the form will yield an error.&nbsp;The user then has toggle days with the date picker or enter the proper format to be able to save the form entries.</p><p>My users are &quot;complainers&quot;&nbsp;and if things are not 100% right and easy they give me a lot of trouble !</p><p>Please help.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
