Thanks for your reply.

It is a browser form, not a filler form. I am using SharePoint 2013 local farm for hosting this form, Not Office 365.
Only out of the box features (InfoPath 2013 & SharePoint 2013) can be used for this task. No custom solution is allowed.
Can i use Excel REST services with InfoPath 2013? I am new to InfoPath, so i am not familiar with Excel REST Services with InfoPath. Can you please share any good tutorials for this ?

Thank you in advance.

However, I wonder if using Excel REST services might help you - is this a browser or a filler form? Are you using Office 365? I ask because Excel REST isn't going to work if this is Office 365 + browser. With Excel REST, you could just pass in parameters (Unique ID, Value1, Value2, Value3) and return the result from another cell that does the calculation.

Re: Calculation using dynamic formulas with place holders in Infopath 2013

Hi Hilary,

Thank you very much for your response.

lets say, User will enter three input values (Value1, Value2 and Value3) , afterthat i am going to calculate the Turnover for the company for each month and formula for the turnover might be changed each month.

For an example,

Formula for January = (Value1 * Value2 ) / Value3
Formula for February= (Value2 * Value3 ) / Value1
Formula for March= (Value1 * Value3 ) / Value2

Since there are no patterns, cannot predict the formula.

So i have to read the formula for particular month and replace the values and calculate the output.

Can i do this dynamic value binding with formula in Infopath 2013? Please help me to find the solution for this.

Thank you in advance!! :)

I don't know how to do the dynamic calculations in InfoPath 2013 when the formula is getting changed.

This is my requirement:
    1. InfoPath form three input fields (value 1, value 2 and value 3) and one button.
2.User will enter values for all three inputs and click the button.
    3. Button click event will query the SharePoint list to get the formula for calculation by passing the Unique ID.
    4. calculate the results using the formula and values
    5. display the calculation result.

Can we do this requirement in Infopath 2013?

Thank you in advance!! :)

Thanks.
