The control and what is being seen in the SharePoint library is the control working as designed. You need extra fields on your form.

What I would do is query the GetUserProfile webservice and then you set the extra fields. These are promoted to the SharePoint library.

I have a people picker which accepts multiple values. The value of these names has location of offices with Display name and I would like to take the location out from the display name. I query the user profile webservice on Submit and append LastName, FirstName on people picker but it only accepts first value and stores only first( LastName, FirstName) in the respective field in SharePoint. I want to do this for all the values in People Picker. Is there a way to achieve this???
