Use conditional formatting to disable editing, so users can't try to select or deselect options. I have a form for a SP list and it contains a multiple-selection checkbox list of tasks someone is to perform for the item.

Everything works fine. However, when someone views the record (read-only view mode, not edit mode),
that list box only shows the items that are checked off (completed).

Is there any way to view all of the tasks (checked and unchecked) like it shows in edit mode?

Thanks in advance
