First post so please bear with me.

I have a form that was created in InfoPath that collect client data from a series of freeform text boxes and a dew drop down lists as well as allowing a user to attach a file - ie PDF or Word doc. When submitted, this .xsn file sits in a library on SharePoint. I can then open the .xsn and make a few amends etc and resave (overwriting).

Once I am happy that the data is all correct and I have a sign off from another department for this content, I then want to be able to have another button in the form (which the first user never uses) send the file (PDF/Word etc) to a new library. How do I do that?

best
