When the Model Year is populated, you can set the values of your other fields - when you use the field picker to select the field from your SharePoint list, you'll have to click the Filter Data button and add a filter that Model Year in the SharePoint list is equal to the Model Year in the main data source. Attach your form under the options tab if you'd like me to add a sample rule. :)

Re: Auto Populating Multiple Fields based on a Choice Field

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Please and Thank You!

Auto Populating Multiple Fields based on a Choice Field

So my dilema.....

I am creating a form and one of my fields is MY (model year) which is a choice field, 08,09,10,11,12 ( I also have all the information in a SP list) and the other fields are Start Date (defined), Last Production Date(defined), Annual Quanity(defined), and serial number range(defined), .
