The problem is, there is no way for the person filling out the form to know if that person already has an appointment for other future dates. I am trying to come up with a way for the person filling out the form, to know when the individual they are signing up already has been signed up (we are more worried about dates in the future, so that the person getting the appointment does not get scheduled twice on the same day).</p><p>One idea I had is if there where a way to&nbsp;display&nbsp;other appointments for&nbsp;the individual as soon as the person AD lookup field is filled on the form somewhere, so that someone filling the form can know when that person has other appointments as the form is being filled out, but I&#39;m not sure what that formula would be. </p><p>Open&nbsp;to any suggestions of course. &nbsp;</p>
