Comparing 11 dropdowns menus to produce a value

Hi all,

I've got a form with 11 dropdown menus each containing the same 6 options:

Options are: 1. Very low, 2. Low, 3. Medium, 4. High, 5. Very high, 6. Not applicable

I have a calculated field called "Maximum Possible Impact" which is supposed to look at the 11 fields and input the highest impact.

e.g. If one of the fields contains "5. Very high" but the other 10 fields contain "1. Very low" then Maximum Possible Impact should show 5. Very High

I don't know what the correct formula to do this will look like. Feeling a bit lost.

Any help much appreciated!
