The grant request form. and 2. The reimbursement form.

1. Users will fill out the "Grant Request" form which has a repeating table they fill full of data with items they want.

2. After the request is approved, the user comes back and fills out the "Reimbursement" form to actually use the funds requested.

3. Depending on the time it takes for the approval, the user may or may not be able to get exactly what was requested, so they need to be able to edit the data in the table including adding and deleting lines.

4. I need the repeating data from the "Grant" form to populate a repeating table in the "Reimbursement" form with the same data, and allow the user to edit, add, delete, insert, data into the repeating table fields.

(The only way I have found to get the repeating table data from the grant form to the reimbursement form is to merge the repeating table data, submit the data into the SharePoint library, run a workflow to extract the item data from the library into a list, and then bind the repeating table in the "reimbursement" form to that list.)

I haven't created the workflow yet to do this, but I have hand entered the data into my list.

When I bind the repeating table in the reimbursement form to the list data, InfoPath turns off all editing, Insert, delete functions from the repeating table so nothing can alter the data.

I really don't want to bind the table to the data, I just want it to pre-fill the table and present it to the user who can then decide what data they need to complete in order to complete the form.

I am trying to do all this without creating any code behind.

What can I do to accomplish what I need to do? Is this possible? Am I running in the wrong direction?

Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks.
