Thanks Hilary, when I originally setup the submit connection I only had the simple Url in there: https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/training/MikeTest/AutoNumForms/

After publishing it I saw that this was coming out in the error (as you see): https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/training/MikeTest/_layouts/15/addanapp.aspx?Source=https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/training/MikeTest/AutoNumForms/

I am not even sure what it is...but after reading your post, I rechecked it and sure enough this entire double url (or whatever it is) was being used in the connection. So I changed it back and it seems to work now.

Thanks for pointing that out. Do you know what the _layouts/15/addanapp.aspx even is?

When you created the submit connection to SharePoint, did you just use the URL to the library? https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/training/MikeTest/AutoNumForms ?

The file or folder name "https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/training/MikeTest/_layouts/15/addanapp.aspx?Source=https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/training/MikeTest/AutoNumForms/ANForm - 2.xml" contains invalid characters.

Please use a different name. Common invalid characters include the following: # % * : < > ? / |
