I've been able to turn one checkbox on or off depending on the value of a text field on my form. Now I'd like to base the selection of multiple checkbox values (e.g. checked or not) depending on the value of two fields. For example, if a new recruit is a Manager from the Insurance department, a certain number of checkboxes are selected automatically. A staff member from the same or different department would have a completely different set of checkboxes selected.

For the one field to one checkbox example I was able to figure out, I used an XML file. The two fields that I'm basing the checkbox selection on are Department and Role. Should I create several XML files, one for each department and then check within that file using the Role field? Can I get buy with one XML file?

I'm stumped and could use any suggestions that the talented audience on this form might be familiar with. Thanks for your help!
