Thank you for replying on my post. And yes, I would want to automate it. Because we have a third party software which we always import using Excel files with those values 1's and 0's depending on the selected checkboxes in the form.

Re: Export Data to MS Excel

Hi deecastle,

You can create a view with the mentioned columns and then use Export to Excel from the List tab to export this into Excel if you are using the List Infopath form. If you are using Infopath library, then these fields should be promoted to the library columns and then use the same Export with Excel. Hope it helps. If you are looking to automate this, then please mention that.

Export Data to MS Excel

Hello there, can someone help me on this?

I have an example that I would want to achieve when I apply Infopath in Sharepoint. Is this possible?

1. Assume that there's a request form in Sharepoint with the following details:
a. Name = using textbox
b. Date of Birth = using date picker
c. Gender (Male or Female) = using radio/option button

2. After the user filled out the request form, of course, he/she needs to submit/save it.

3. Can the data from the request form exported in MS Excel with the following format?
a. Column 1: Name
b. Column 2: Date of Birth
c. Column 3: Male (1 if yes, 0 if no)
d. Column 4: Female (1 if yes, 0 if no)

Please advise.
