Pulling Data From Access

Hello, I am brand new to the forum. I search for anyone who has this particular issue and could not find it. I am trying to pull two date/time fields out of access. I want them to display time in 12 hour format. But when pulling the data from access it pulls the date and time in 24 hour time. I also am having it place two fields from access into one to show the entire shift.

So it pulls over like this: 1899-12-30T16:30:00 - 1899-12-30T00:00:00

I would like it to show this: 04:30 PM - 12:00 PM

I am pulling the data over using a rule from a name drop down which looks like this: concat(@Sunday_Start[@Name__Last__First_ = Agent_Name], " - ", @Sunday_End[@Name__Last__First_ = Agent_Name])

Is there a substring or similar command I can use to remove the T's and the dates while also converting the time to 12 hour?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
