When it opens it does not have an option for a repeating table. But when i create a new infopath form, the repeating table is option is there.

I did some reading and from what i found it says i cannot create a repeating table from a list form, is that right?

if it is, how can i create a new form (so i can use repeating tables) , but copy everything that i have already done on the list infopath form?

i cant seem to figure out how to link a new form with exsisting fields from a sharepoint list.

i really dont want to start over. any ideas?
