InfoPath 2013 - Following URL is not valid

Kindly help me

I installed SharePoint 2013 in Windows 2008 Server.(On-premise)

Currently I am working with InfoPath Forms 2013, When I try publish the form to SharePoint root Site it trows error "The Following URL is not Valid" I tried from the same server, and I am the admin for the site and also admin for central administration. Please guide me, i tried lot of solutions search from internet
