Is this a recent issue? Did it used to work correctly & stopped? The Browser Forms postback setting is set to recommended "Only when necessary for correct rendering of the form". As for testing outside of the webpart, the radio and checkboxes remain intact when attaching a document. I've been testing in Chrome. If you right click one of your controls that are getting reset (in design mode), and select the properties, and look under the browser tab - what are the postback settings? Does this happen in all browsers? EDITED to add: What about if you fill out the form NOT in a webpart? When the form is filled out, the last step is to attach a few documents. Once the first document is attached, it's almost like there's a refresh taking place on the form and all checkbox and radio selections disappear. Has anyone else come across this and find a solution? Thank you
