Set the filter as ID is less than 20(ID is a column in the data connection).

Then the multiple-selection will only display the first 20 options.

Add a filter for the second multiple selection list box as ID is greater than or equal to 20 and ID is less than 40.

Add a filter for the third multiple selection list box as ID is greater than or equal to 40.

There is no other way to add columns in the same selection box that i know of. Hope it helps.

Multiple Selection List 3 Columns

Greetings,

I am trying to format a multiple selection list into three columns using Infopath 2010. I am willing to use code to do so.
Currently, I am using three multi-select fields in a group and aggregating all selected items into a text box by using the double Eval function.
(i.e. I have a button that places a semi-colon between all selected options in the multi selection list)

I need to remove the button (but when I do so, the selections don't populate onclick).

I need to make the at least one selection mandatory.

Ideally I would like to create a multi-select list something like the following:

1 5 9
2 6 10
3 7 11
4 8 12

if this isn't possible, I would like to aggregate these selections onclick into a textbox without a button.

Thanks
