In addition we&#39;d like the managers reviewing this information to add comments if necessary after each risk and have the ability to rescore each risk as well. </p><p>I&#39;ve pulled in the information correctly and also&nbsp;added in&nbsp;two different dropdown lists for scoring,&nbsp;along with a comment section. I would like this comment section and dropdown lists to repeat after every Risk, however I would like the fields to repeat but not the information they select. </p><p>The dropdown lists and comment section repeats, however once I type in the first comment section or select a score from the dropdown list it feeds and populates&nbsp;to the other repeating sections as well.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Thank you!</p>
