For SharePoint library, create a reusable workflow with an impersonation step that removes the item permissions when the form is submitted and replaces with read-only. Or, you can just have the form switch to a read only view when the form opens (best for browser forms, since users could conceivably save the XML data to their local computers and edit in notepad).

Submitting a read only version of the InfoPath 2010 form

Hi,

I have several forms which are submited to emais.

The forms which are submitted can actually be edited once they have been emailed. Is there any way of having a read only form submitted?

I also have forms which are submitted to a sharepoint library. The same issue with this is there a way of having a read only version submitted?

Thank you
