I have a feeling you may be hitting this since you started with 2003 form template. I did respond to your other posts about how to remove the view. If setting it to restricted doesn't do the trick, we may have to debug your manifest. We could verify that this bug is the issue and fix it by manually modifying your XSF but it would take an hour. If you want to purchase a support pack, email me.

Regarding the second issue, you can't change who they reply to because it's a security issue. However, you could use a SharePoint workflow to send the emails and then you might be able to send it from a single account.

How to edit an InfoPath 2010 form once submitted to an email.

Hi,

I currently
have a room booking form which submits data to a global inbox. Note: Previously
users were using Outlook 2003 and have recently upgraded to Office 2010.

The InfoPath
form has been created in 2010 however previously when users were receiving the
form in outlook 2003 they could look at the data and then reply back to the
email. They were able to edit the email and had their signature attached to the
email. However since they have upgraded to office 2010 whenever they are receiving
an InfoPath form submission they are receiving a view of the form which has a
submit button along the top (this just submits the form all over again to the global
inbox) and then a little send button on the ribbon however they are not able to
edit the email to reply to the person submitting the form to say that there
room has been booked.

Is there any
way of resolving this issue? For the time being I have added a blank text box
at the top of the submitted form which they can edit and send however this
still does not all the formatting that they were able to use when replying to
email form submissions previously.

Also when
they do reply to the email it replies to the person submitting the form which
is fine in most cases however I have added an email field on the form and if
someone is submitting the form on someone’s behalf I would ideally like it for
that email address to be picked up when replying as appose to the email address
of the person submitting the form. Is this possible?

Thank you
