I am having one SharePoint 2010 Document Library. I applied 3 content types on that document Library. For all three content types I created custom templates using GoTo Document Library Settings -> Click Content Type -> Document Information Panel settings -> Create a new custom template. This way when I creat a new document using that content type in that SharePoint 2010 Document Library Document Information Panel appears above word document and user can add/edit custom properties.

But the problem I am facing is when I backup\restore that to some other landscape (Test\UAT environment). The custom template xsn is having absolute url to the previous dev environment url.

So please suggest where I am making mistake. Please suggest right approach for this type of scenarios.

Also please suggest me how to work with Data Connection in the same scenario.

Thanks

Prabhat
