You might find some similar examples (via Google search) if you search for cascading dropdowns. I&#39;m attaching a sample of the same concept but instead of a dropdown followed by a dropdown I&#39;ve used a dropdown followed by a multi select list box.</p><p>Please download the attached form, right click on it and select Design.
