Hi ErnestoM Thanks for your Reply!!! I have found root cause... The depolyer has modified my data connection file..he have added a user as authenticated in my data conncetion file. so the GUPBN(GetUserProfileByName) web service return the same user account name.. that's y its working when the admin level user in the group...

Hi,

If it's working in one environment (development) and not working in another environment (production), then it sounds like there's a diference between the two environments. I would check that your setup and deployment in one environment matches the other, including permissions.

Hi I have a undefind issue. I have using GetUserProfileByName and GetGroupCollectionFromUser webserivce as a udcx file in my infopath form. Its working fine.its retrive user groups name in devlopment server for the curent user. Once i deployed the dataconnection library(which holds all web service udcx files) to PROD environment. the GetGroupCollectionwebservice method is not working. It doesnt throw any error. My scenario is once customer is login i need to check he is customer or not if he is customer i need to enable the fields. In Prod env the GGFU(GetGroupCollectionFromUser) web service doesnt give me the current user groups name. The GGFU web service is working when the customer group have a admin level user. when i removed admin level user from the Customer group the web service is not wroking for another user from the Customer Group. I dont know why is working like this way. Please help me on this
