It seems to be simple and straight forward, and I'm sure I'm missing one small detail.
http://blog.pointbeyond.com/2011/11/20/cascading-dropdowns-in-infopath-2010/

My setup

Regions List
    Title Column

Offices List
    Title Column
Lookup Column to Regions List - Title Column

Teams List
    Title Column
Lookup Column to Offices List - Title Column

By following the example, I'm expecting the values on the Office dropdown list to be filtered by selecting different Regions, but all of the values are returned.

Thanks,
