Maybe you have an old version or something. The other possibility is that there's some new setting to make the columns public. Have you looked at the columns in SharePoint and see if there is some setting that would allow them to be "sniffed" from the DC?

Sorry I don't have more ideas...

InfoPath 2010 - Problem using integer fields in SharePoint List Data Connection

I'm having a problem seeing/using/selecting an integer/whole number field when using a Forms Library as the data source. The source Forms Library contains published forms where one or more of the fields in the published form is an integer/whole number. With InfoPath 2007 I am able to read and use the published fields/values just fine. With InfoPath 2010, the integer fields are not even available for selection in the new form template. However, the SharePoint-specific 'ID' field (an integer) is available. Even stranger is that existing IP 2007 forms displayed via IP 2010 with these integer fields in use continue to function just fine, including using the integer fields in max() functions. The same problem occurs whether using IP 2010 to build a 2007 or 2010 format form. These are not browser-only forms.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
