I am going through the motions of updating the forms we use and have one in particular that is causing some issues. I have been asked to change the form layout a little and add fields and change others which I have done. Now I have save and published the form to it original sharepoint form library it doesn't seem to be displaying the information within the fields that have been amended and added. I have gone into File, advanced form options and versioning and the update existing forms is set to "automatically upgrade existing forms" The form library has several old forms within, which are displaying the details they have in their forms and I am worried I am going to lose data if I take out the columns and re- add them when I publish again. Can someone please advise, I am a little confused and exasperated. Regards Alison
