This is a simple and great solution. The only thing is I am having trouble locating the User Manager Email. I can locate the User Manager Name through GetUserProfileByName but not their Email. I need my field for the CC addresses to contain the User Manager Email by default and if it is <<this address>> or <<this address>> or <<this address>> then <<blank>>.

Re: Email Submit Conditional Formula

Add a field to the form to contain the CC addresses (doesn't have to be on the form). Set up the email connection to use the field for the CC value.
