When opening the forms in Office 2010 the format would follow the OS format of the computer. So if the OS was formatted as yyyy-mm-dd that is how it would open in the form. With Office 2013 it opens with a format of mm/dd/yyyy no matter how the machine's OS is configured. Does anyone know if there is somewhere in InfoPath or Office to change this behavior. This is happening both on a user's computer running Win7 and my computer running Win10.
