When they try and add new items the screen just goes grey.&nbsp;They can do it is Chrome, and it works in Safari with a regular SharePoint list form. They can also open and edit existing&nbsp;forms in the list&nbsp;using Safari, they just can Add&nbsp;New Items. Is there any fix for this? Has anyone ran across this issue?&nbsp;</p>
