If you go to create a new form, you'll see that basing it off a database is one of the options. Perhaps add a submit button on the form that submits to Access that is only displayed for you (you can use User Roles for this, or the userName() function in IP 2007), then when the form is emailed back to you, you can review it and submit the data to your Access DB.

IP2007 to Outlook (user) back to Outlook upload to MS Access 2007

I can perform this using the wizard in Access 2007 but the IP form it creates is quite unprofessional looking (looks just like the html). I've tried creating the form in IP2007 sending it via Outlook2007 to our users. They in turn fill in the form and return it to us but I can find no help anywhere for getting the replies uploaded back to Access. The wizard does it but how???? I tried importing external xml file into access but I end up with two tables one called header the other called values. How can I get just one loaded into an existing table???
